The composition was originally composed for Vibraphone, Marimba and Orchestra (1990). The composer has also made a separat duo version for marimba and vibraphone. This new version of this popular Toccata makes the work even more practical for the marimbist. The vibraphone and orchestra parts have been sensible reduced into the piano version.
